I was given first a few exercises which were easy to keep up with, specific to my problem. After a month the exercises have alleviated the problem and I have received reassurance that it is possible to resume treatment of future problems arise.

Please improve seen in: My appointment 8.30 today was cancelled.
-No communication about cancellation.
-No communication about reason for cancelation.
This is the 2nd time this has happened in Ashford hospital, this is worrying. I have commitments next and am struggling to stay for the next appointment.
